Wilderness Cove Tubing And Camping. Wilderness Cove Tubing and Camping is a full service tubing outfitter and campground on the scenic Green River in Saluda North Carolina. Come join us on the river! Tubing operations run from approximately 11:00am – 4:00pm each day. We run 7 days per week during the season (Memorial Day—Labor Day) as weather and dam releases.
